The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be defined in a written agreement or proposal prior to commencement.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Standard payment terms are: 50% upfront upon project initiation, 50% upon delivery of final deliverables. Enterprise engagements may require milestone-based payments. All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge.
4. Project Revisions
Each service tier includes a defined number of revision rounds: Basic tier includes 1 revision round, Standard tier includes 2 revision rounds, and Enterprise tier includes unlimited revisions within the project scope. Additional revision rounds beyond the included amount may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the project proposal.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered copywriting materials transfer to the client. WriteContentCraft retains the right to display work samples in portfolio presentations unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Client-provided materials, brand assets, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of the client.
6. Confidentiality
WriteContentCraft maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and business strategies. We will not disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
WriteContentCraft's liability is limited to the total value of the specific project or service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While we strive for exceptional results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue increases from copywriting deliverables.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Work-in-progress deliverables will be provided upon payment of the corresponding milestone amount.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Caserta, Italy, or through amicable mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
WriteContentCraft evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis according to the project milestones completed. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work at the time of the request and the terms outlined in the specific project agreement.
2. Pre-Commencement Cancellation
If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, a full refund of the upfront payment is available within 14 calendar days of payment. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed. The following milestone-based refund structure applies: (a) Research & Briefing phase: 25% refund available, (b) First Draft phase: 15% refund available, (c) Revision phase: 5% refund available, (d) Final Delivery phase: No refund available for completed work.
4. Quality Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of deliverables, please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery with specific feedback. We will review the feedback and, at our discretion, provide additional revisions at no cost or negotiate a fair resolution. WriteContentCraft is committed to client satisfaction and will work in good faith to resolve any quality concerns.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: (a) Work that has been approved and delivered, (b) Custom research and strategy work already completed, (c) Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (stock images, specialized tools, etc.), (d) Rush fees and expedited delivery surcharges.
6. Refund Process
